/qa/! /qa/! I need your help!
Okay, so I've been spending a lot of time.. a LOT of time doing this Skyrim modding thing and I'm now at a point where I need to think of and assign racial morphs to the various human races of the world. Basically, I want to think of lore reasons for why one race might have bigger or smaller body parts than others.
Like, you could say "oh, Bretons are good at magic and boobs are magical so their boobs are 20% bigger than the others".

Here are the races:
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Breton
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Imperial
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Nord (Nord is the default in Skyrim probably going to keep Nord as average unless you have better idea)
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Redguard
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Altmer
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Bosmer
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Dunmer
https://en.uesp.net/wiki/Lore:Orc (pretty sure I'm just going to make orcs really muscular)

I'm not touching the cat or lizard people because they're too bestial for me. There's mods to humanize them, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.

Breton- They could be small and petite who rely on Magick because they are small, or the food they consume goes into magic not the development of their body, also maybe you could have them be small but have huge magical breasts where they store magic(or maybe even their thighs like the Dragon girl form the dragon maid show). So maybe height -x% or Height -x% plus breasts plus x%

Imperial- I thought they were the normal type?

Nord- Because they live in cold climates they should have larger breasts and legs and such to provide insulation and to produce more milk. So height, legs, thighs, etc plus x%

Redguard- Not sure.

Altmer - Probably thin and lithe. Waist, thighs, etct -x%

Bosmer - Don't know.

Dunmer - Small and thin because they are kind of an underclass so maybe they were not as nourished. Height, waist, thighs etc minus x%

Orc- Either muscular or maybe small and they can be goblin like. Not really sure.

Dunmer have small breast due to Azura cursing them for the Tribunal betraying their oaths. and using the tools of Kagrenac

DON'T bully

I'd suggest making the bosmer more like the imga, but maybe that'd be too bestial.
Make the redguard look more japanese?

For the Bretons, you'd need to double check what the Direeni physically look like but Altmer are taller than humans in Skyrim atleast so you could say Bretons are slightly taller with slightly pointed ears. The Bretons are spawn of the Direeni and Human slaves so I'd wadger they'd atleast be as tall as normal humans if not a little taller thought you could say the human slaves were selectively breed to have this trait or that but I'm not sure if they were kept as designer fuck toys. Maybe even tint the Breton skin tone a bit depending on what the Direeni looked like and also the region of Highrock they come from.

Imperials have varying cultures depending on the region of Cyrodil they come from iirc. It might be worth it to have them use a generic human model and then augment them depending on the history of specific region of Cyrodil they hail from.

Nords should also be taller than normal humans and generally stockier. The hieght comes from them having a closer connection to the Atmorans who where supposed be massive for humans. I think Tsun, they guy who guards the bridge to Shor's palace in Sovngarde is a good example. The stockiness from Nords being in a colder climate sorta like how neanderthals were are stockier to increase the volume to surface area ratio and hold heat better.

For Redgaurds I'd split up between the Crowns and Forebears somehow. Maybe make the Forebears more similar to the other Tamrielic humans since they arrived to Tamriel before the Crowns. For lack of better words Have Crowns be blacker and the Forebearers be lighter skinned.

Not really sure about the Bosmer, but the Altmer need to be the purest of the elves like how they Crowns are to the Redguards. The Dunmer and Orcs are both Daedra cursed elves. I wouldn't really change anything with the Dunmer except for make them like the Altmer but with ashen skin and fire red eyes. The Orcs need to be a tad more monstrous and made in the image of Malacath but still retain elvish features.

Hmm, height. I could change the height, but Skyrim's old animation system isn't dynamic at all- it expects limbs and such to be at the exact same location.
The thing with the Nords is that by 'default' I mean that they are overwhelmingly the majority in Skyrim lore-wise and gameplay-wise. If they have +30% breast size, then perceived effect others have -30% due to demographics.

Truly a cursed fate...

>>64922
Thanks for your input, 4chan

>>64923
Yes, I will make them catgirls at some point, but I'm not going to do it now.

>>64931
Who said I was going to play? pic related...

>>64934
Both of those are outside the scope of this, really.

Going to reply to the long post with another reply

Hmm, Breton skin tone... I'm not sure if this is something that can be easily adjusted. Ears are another complicated thing because of the way pre-generated heads work.

> It might be worth it to have them use a generic human model and then augment them depending on the history of specific region of Cyrodil they hail from.

Well, I really don't want to commit to adjusting people individually except for perhaps a few exceptions for major characters. It's all or nothing for everyone else of that race.

>Nords should also be taller than normal humans and generally stockier

Can't do the height thing, but maybe I could make them slightly thicker.

>For lack of better words Have Crowns be blacker and the Forebearers be lighter skinned.

Another skin tone thing I probably can't do, and then I'd have to distinguish between NPCs again.

>he Orcs need to be a tad more monstrous and made in the image of Malacath but still retain elvish features.

Sounds like just "add more muscle" to me. Faces is a whole other ballgame- I don't know what to do because I still want them to seem orc-like but not be so god damn ugly.
