Komugi a best. I loved the high energy it carried forwards throughout with some heartfelt moments here and there. The artstyle of it was nice and bouncy that sorta fit more the animal theme. I know that people like to rip on it for not having too many fights, but I think keeping the theme of trying to resolve stuff peacefully was a nice change of pace for a season.

My appreciation for a show can be judged by the amount of screenshots I have for it, and 2045 is about 500 per cour which is highly above average for me.
I'd say it was an absolutely FANTASTIC Precure. I'm a sucker for stuff like talking animals or transforming, but it was also just a strong show overall with a great cast of characters. I loved how they would comfort the rampaging animal at the end, very heartwarming. Komugi was amazing, but I have to say that Mehmet might have been my favorite character.
The romance subplot was quite surprising, and it was done well enough. More fulfilling than the 20 year long romance manga that don't go anywhere.
Idol Precure is shaping up to be another strong one, too.
