The best ones I had were from a local chain around here that I'm paranoid to mention since it would possibly give my location out. Apart from that, I liked my uncle's homemade on the grill burgs. A lot of the time when there's a burger hyped up and I get to try it I'm not very impressed. I think the things I like in a burg most people don't, but I can't really describe what I'm into apart from a nice meat-focused burg instead of one loaded with condiments to distract you from the meat.

The condiments in a burg should be there to enhance and bring out the flavor of the meat. If they're soaking it in so much flavor that you can't taste the burg then they've messed up.

I haven't had a burg in years so I can't really tell. There are a few burger joints in town so maybe I should get one someday.

Down in the maple leaf we have the Big Arch and it's quite good. Only had it once though. They should really bring that to the US and other places.
