Is being a manager more chill than being a dev?
Over the past 10 years, I’ve grown to hate being a developer. Meanwhile, managers, directors, and other strategy-focused people seem to be living their best lives. They’re always taking their kids to and from school, having executive lunches, playing golf with coworkers, and tweeting about their lattes, while I barely ever see them do any real work.
How do I transition (ACK) from dev / part-time scrum master to manager?
